Amar Purewal, Olly Martin and Connor Bell fired Kevin Bolam’s side ahead in the first half, before the latter bagged a second late in the day.
The signs of a sharp showing came early, with Martin rattling the post from the edge of the area on four minutes.
Dan Groves found Purewal on 16 minutes, with the striker opening the scoring from a pinpoint header.
A replica of the goal was disallowed for Purewal two minutes later for offside, before Bell sent Prior to the ground but struck narrowly wide.
With 23 on the clock, Piper MacNeil handled Bell’s ball in, with Martin sticking home his spot kick for two.
On the 29 mark, Jonathan Hedge spilt a Hebburn effort, but he recovered in time to stop Bell’s rebound.
The Hebburn number nine didn’t have to wait much longer until he got on the scoresheet though, as he stretched onto the end of Groves’ driven ball on the half-hour mark.
It was almost four on 40, as Purewal’s attempt in the area hit the goalkeeper’s leg before clipping the woodwork.
The ball fell to Robbie Spence on 63 minutes, who drove an effort off the woodwork from the edge.
Moments later, Bell fired round the Sheffield shot-stopper, however a latch-ditch slide prevented a fourth.
Not even a minute after, Martin’s short corner was dipped towards goal by Tom Potter, rattling the bar from 20-yards.
The hosts were yet to test Mark Foden, but a failed clearance fell to a free Jordan Walshaw with 20 to go, who somehow blasted over from inside the box.
The flag again denied The Hornets, this time Bell, but the attacker eventually netted his brace on 86 minutes after being slotted through by Michael Richardson.
