Hebburn take on Ashton United this afternoon, looking to gain some momentum heading into the final nine games of the season.

The Hornets have been in mixed form as of late, but will look to bounce back against the Robins.

Last time out, Hebburn suffered a narrow defeat at home against Leek Town, despite dominating the game for large parts, albeit just not scoring.

Ashton United also come into the game on the back of a defeat last weekend, as they lost to fellow play-off hopefuls, Guiseley AFC.

The two sides last played each other back in 2021 in the First Qualifying Round of the FA Cup, where the Hornets prevailed 0-1 winners.

Hebburn will use this as motivation in looking to get a result to boost their chances of finishing amongst the play-off positions come the end of the season.

The game will be played at the Hebburn Sports Ground with a 3pm kick-off.
