We are delighted to announce the signing of Joe Posthill. The 25-year-old’s former clubs include Hartlepool United academy, Stockton Town, and Thornaby, before he joined Shildon in January 2020.

This will be the 2nd time he's signed for Bobby. Posthill is an attacking player that made 84 appearances in their 2 NPL seasons. He scored a total of 37 goals last season, that includes 14 pens in the Northern League.

On joining the club, Posthill said: “I know what a great club Hebburn is having played against them many times and the set up is top class. The Managers are winners and their aspirations match my own."

“The squad is strong and the planned additions will only strengthen that. I spoke to a few clubs, but as soon as Bobby got in touch and we spoke about his plans, I knew it would be very hard to turn down.”

On the signing, Bobby said: “I’m delighted to welcome Joe to the football Club."
