Hebburn's second-string take on AFC Newbiggin at Forest Hall Celtic in midweek, with The Hornets having enjoyed over a week to prepare.
The side's last outing came on March 5, as a depleted line-up endured a 5-0 defeat to Cramlington United.
Meanwhile, the in-form Newbiggin were put through their paces on Saturday in the Northumberland Minor Cup semi-final, claiming a 2-1 victory against West Moor & Jesmond.
"We had a short training session on Saturday," explained Henry.
"A few lads are carrying knocks so the extra time to prepare has been great in that aspect.
"On the other hand though, Owen [Lovely] has only played two games so will be ineligible for Wednesday.
"It's harsh on him because he only needed another appearance, so it's a mixture of emotions really."
Hebburn's opponents have gone 21 games undefeated, with Bedlington the last side to beat The Biggin on September 1.
"They're playing really well," he added.
"That consistency is tremendous at this level - some of the teams they've beaten and results are great.
"They'll be full of confidence - we're on the back of a spanking to Cramlington, so you'd class them as favourites.
"Hopefully we'll have the opposite effect and want to prove ourselves."
Since Newbiggin's last defeat, they've only dropped points once which was against Hebburn in October.
Robbie Gateshill found the net in a 1-1 draw at The Green Energy Sports Ground, which could've been a win on another day.
"We were meant to face them a few weeks ago but it was postponed due to bad weather," Henry stated.
"Looking back at that game, one of their main players started on the bench due to carrying a knock.
"He came on and changed the game to be fair - he was quick and direct going forward.
"They're a strong unit and were hard to break down - we went ahead by doing all the right things.
"We kept the ball really well until the last 10 minutes when they started dominating and got the equaliser.
"You can see how they're doing well - they're strong going forward and dangerous at set-pieces, that's how they got their goal against us.
"That'll be something to watch out for - switching on early and marking up their target men."
Henry also gave a lowdown on his side's fitness levels ahead of the Combination Cup final.
"Robbie and Kyle [Oxley] had slight knocks at the weekend," he said.
"We'll see how they are before the game - Dan Maddison has got a slight injury as well.
"Amir [Amjadian] took a knock in training last week and went to hospital so we'll be able to use Kieran [Hunter] in goal.
"Owen obviously can't play due to eligibility rules, and Jonny Bainbridge is away.
"Matty Robinson is suspended from last week but we've still got around 18 to choose from, so we definitely have what it takes."
