The 18-year-old winger becomes our seventh signing of the season, and will bolster our attacking options ahead of a top-of-the-table clash at Stockton Town.
"I'm really looking forward to it," stated Harrison upon signing.
"I've spoke to the manager [Daniel Moore] and I know how ambitious this club is.
"The team's doing well at the moment, and I want to come in and help us push on this season.
"I've been looking for a club over the last few weeks and I sent some clips over to the gaffer - we had a good chat recently and it's went from there."
It will be Harrison's first taste of senior football, after the youngster spent two years in Blackpool's academy set-up.
"It was a good experience," he commented.
"Going in and training every day in a professional environment - it was really good.
"We played every Saturday against high calibre teams, especially with the FA Youth Cup - last season we faced Newcastle and Chelsea.
"It's set me in good stead for senior football and I can't wait to begin with Hebburn."
The winger could make his debut at The MAP Group UK Stadium on Wednesday evening, as The Hornets travel to Stockton in league action.
"I'm a fast winger who likes to go in behind, get on the ball and create opportunities," Harrison added.
"I can cross with both feet and play on either wing - hopefully I can get a few goals and assists by the end of the season.
"Wednesday will be a very tough game against Stockton but I'm sure confidence is high - hopefully I can get some minutes and help the team.
"I already know Dylan Archer and I'll meet the rest of the lads tomorrow so I'm looking forward to it."
