Exciting Launch of Women's Walking Football at Hebburn Town FC
Hebburn Town FC is thrilled to announce the launch of its new Women's Walking Football program! This initiative aims to provide an inclusive and enjoyable way for women of all fitness levels aged 40+ to engage in football, promoting both physical and mental well-being.
What is Walking Football?
Walking football is a slower-paced version of the beautiful game, designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. The rules are simple: no running, minimal physical contact, and the ball must stay below head height. This makes it an ideal sport for those looking to stay active without the intensity of traditional football.
